Chicken Fajitas




2 Green Bell Peppers cut into long strips2 Red Bell Peppers cut into long strips
1 lb. chicken breast cut into long strips4 Yellow onions, peeled and chopped into strips
1 small bunch fresh Cilantro leaves1 tbsp. minced garlic (fresh)
1 tsp. celery salt1 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp. lime juice1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. red paprika1/4 tsp. crushed red paper flakes
1 package of soft large tortillasMexican cheese blend, shredded


Method:

Suggested condiments: salsa, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole

HEAT oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Stir in veggies and seasonings. Cook 5 minutes or til veggies are crisp tender, stirring occasionally Top with cheese and remaining ingredients.
